MOTHER’S DAY TAMPIPI

Every year, RuRi puts together a variety of rare or special fruits and vegetables from the farmers we’re helping all over Luzon. We’ll use a reusable, squish-proof tampipi, a gift for the most special person in the family on her special day.
This is the MOTHER’S DAY TAMPIPI from Rural Rising, a celebration of love for all the mothers in our group. Dispatch will be on May 7~8, 2022, Mother’s Day. Just 50 baskets available.
The contents will be the following: Avocados (from Solsona, Ilocos Norte), Mangoes (from Guimaras Island), Dragonfruits (from Gen. Tinio, Nueva Ecija), Zapote (from Bauko, Mt. Province), Papayas (from Guinayangan, Quezon), Arabica Coffee Beans (from Benguet), Linuklukot (from Besao, Mt. Province), Tablea chocolate (from San Jacinto, Pangasinan) and Heirloom Black Rice (from Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija).
The tampipis are specially made to our specifications by Fena Bangud, a lifelong pandan leaf weaver from Luisiana, Laguna.
This Mother’s Day Tampipi honors mom but as you can see, many farmers will share her happiness on that day.
